Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon
Kente Cloth Women of Color Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbons
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast cancer is the second most common kind of cancer in women. About one in eight women born today in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in her lifetime.
National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a chance to raise awareness about the importance of breast cancer screening. Screening tests are used to find breast cancer before it causes any warning signs or symptoms. Screening tests can find breast cancer early, when the chances of survival are highest.

Customized Enamel Awareness Ribbon Pins
Thank you for visiting Personalized Cause, the only online store where you can customize individual enamel awareness ribbon pins with a name, date or message - one pin at a time. In other words, you only need to engrave one custom pin to ignite meaningful conversation, take a stand, or support others. Our awareness ribbon pins, in a rainbow of colors that correspond to a multitude of causes, are designed to show support, bring awareness to social issues, or shed light on misunderstood or rare diseases.
Our slogan: Now It's Personal says it all: Our ribbons were designed to show that behind the awareness ribbon symbol are personal stories of struggle, hope, inspiration, celebration and loss. Combining an awareness symbol with a few meaningful words makes our slogan that much more poignant and our pins that much more personal.
Our custom pins make it easy to show support with a personalized touch. For example, you can order several pins of the same color, yet engrave each one differently. For example, we have engraved "Mother," "Aunt," "Sister," and "Friend" on pins of the same color to demonstrate love for a person going through a difficult health journey or after the loss of a loved-one. This is one of the most personal and meaningful ways Personalized Cause makes an impact on the lives of others.
Enamel Awareness Ribbon Pins
In addition, all our hard enamel custom awareness ribbon pins coordinate in color and style with our hard enamel non-personalized awareness ribbon pins, allowing for a more subtle approach to raising awareness. Each enamel pin is sold individually.
How We Help Others
Sometimes individuals going through a hard time contact us at Personalized Cause to help them raise awareness. This is how we developed a relationship with the family of Baby Frankie and brought awareness to Dry Drowning. Dry Drowning, also known as secondary drowning, is an uncommon drowning event that typically involves young children. Unlike more typical drowning deaths that occur in pools, lakes, or at the beach, #drydrowning can occur hours or days after a person inhales water. Baby Frankie's mother, Tara, wanted other parents to know about the dangers of #drydrowningawareness and contacted us at Personalized Cause to have personalized awareness pins made for her community event.
Because of the loss of her four-year-old son due to dry drowning, Baby Frankie's mom is doing what she can to save the lives of other children. In this example, our custom awareness pins serve as an educational tool that opens up a very difficult conversation. #babyfrankie
Fabric Awareness Ribbons in Bulk
In addition to our awareness ribbon pins, we also sell fabric awareness ribbons in bulk, either in satin or grosgrain, that communicate a message of support, love and inspiration on a larger scale. These fabric awareness loops, sold in quantities of 250 per bag (safety pins included), raise awareness for illnesses such as breast cancer or lupus. Or, they can be used to fundraise for a social cause such as gun control #LasVegasStrong. During the Orlando shooting at the Pulse nightclub, Personalized Cause's rainbow ribbons were distributed at multiple events, creating a sea of color in a universal symbol of love #orlandostrong. In other instances, our ribbons support advocates for medical, social or psychological causes.
Awareness Wristband Bracelets
Lastly, Personalized Cause sells KNOW MORE awareness wristband bracelets, which color coordinate with our awareness pins and bulk fabric awareness loops. Our color coordinated products allow advocates to maintain a consistent color theme at different price points and in various styles, during awareness campaigns. In fact, at times, we have made custom awareness pins for a person's family, provided awareness wristbands in the same color for friends, and supplied fabric ribbons in bulk for community support. With this continuity of color, our awareness products communicate a very strong message.
Cancer Awareness Ribbons
At Personalized Cause, we offer a large selection of cancer awareness ribbons in either a personalized or non-personalized style. Our line of cancer awareness ribbons helps to raise awareness about the unique challenges of a cancer diagnosis, and allows others to support the survivor with a universal symbol of hope. Please consider wearing a cancer ribbon as a gesture of love.
Personalized Cause - Our Mission
Our site supports an extensive list of awareness causes, which range from pink ribbons for breast cancer, to zebra ribbons for rare disorders, to blue jean ribbons for congenital and genetic diseases, disorders, and syndromes.
We believe that all people should be included in the fight for a cure, awareness, and advocacy, and encourage you to get in touch with us to let us know which causes are meaningful and important to you! We are always on the lookout for a new cause or new awareness ribbon color.
A portion of our sales is donated to charity to advance advocacy and support.
