Personalized Cause | Return Policies/Ordering Errors

If you believe you have made an ordering error, please contact us immediately at sarah.personalizedcause@gmail.com or through our link on our About Us page.  We will make every effort to correct your order so that you are completely satisfied.

Can I change my order once it is placed? What if I make a mistake during the ordering process?
If you believe you have made a mistake in spelling, dates, etc. once your order is placed, please contact us within four hours of your order placement. You may use our CONTACT US form in the ABOUT US section, which is preferred, so that we have a written request of the change. We will also gladly make changes for you by phone, if necessary.

Return, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy
Personalized product cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once payment is received because these are custom orders.

Defective Order Policy (Or Replacement Policy)
If there is a defect in the product such as a mis-spelled word, we will gladly replace the piece. Please use the CONTACT US form on the ABOUT US page, or email us at sarah.personalizedcause@gmail.com with your order number. We will give you instructions for returning the piece to us. Non-personalized items may be returned to us in reusable or "like new" condition for 30 days from your order date.

All requests for adjustments or replacements must be submitted within 30 days of ordering in order for us to replace.
