How to Fix or Change Ordering Mistakes
If you believe you have made a mistake in spelling, dates, etc. once your order is placed, DON'T PAINIC, but please contact us within four hours of your order placement. Please go to the CONTACT US portion of the website at the top, which is preferred, so that we have a written request of the change. We will also gladly make changes for you by phone, if necessary.
Return, Refunds and Order Cancellation Policy
Personalized product cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once payment is received because these are custom orders. We will, however, do everything we can to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your order. We are a small company and we strive for customer satisfaction.
Defective Order Policy (Or Replacement Policy)
If there is a defect in the product such as a mis-spelled word, we will gladly replace the piece. Please use the CONTACT US form on the CONTACT US page, or email us at email@example.com with your order number. We will give you instructions for returning the piece to us. Non-personalized items may be returned to us in reusable or "like new" condition for 30 days from your order date.
Time Limt to Return - Adjustments or Replacements
All requests for adjustments or replacements must be submitted within 30 days of ordering in order for us to replace it.
